The Pull Club
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective: July 7, 2026 / Version: 2026-07-07-v2
This policy explains how The Pull Club handles digital pack delivery, refunds, cancellations, and payment processor disputes.
Digital Purchase Delivery
A pack purchase delivers access to one or more digital set booster packs in The Pull Club account used at checkout.
Unless checkout says otherwise, a digital set booster pack contains 10 digital cards: 6 common cards, 3 uncommon cards, and 1 rare-slot card that may be Rare or Ultra Rare according to the disclosed set odds.
Unopened packs may be stored for later opening inside the app when that feature is available.
If a purchase is approved by the processor but packs do not appear in the account, support can inspect the order and delivery records.
Refunds
Because digital packs can be opened immediately and reveal randomized digital card contents, completed and opened digital pack purchases are generally final unless required by law or approved by support.
Unopened pack purchases may be reviewed by support if there is duplicate billing, failed delivery, mistaken account delivery, processor error, or another technical issue.
If a purchase fails, duplicates, is not delivered to the user account, or is affected by a technical error, users should contact support with the account email, creator/set name, date, bundle, and transaction details.
Refunds are not granted because a user did not receive a specific card, because a card is common instead of rare or ultra rare, because a limited serialized card was not pulled, because a set is later moderated, or because a user expected resale value. Digital cards and packs are not sold as resale products and do not have cash value from The Pull Club.
Where applicable law gives a consumer a non-waivable cancellation or withdrawal right for digital content, The Pull Club will follow that law. If The Pull Club later sells in regions requiring an express waiver for immediate digital delivery, checkout may require the user to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights before packs are delivered.
Cancellations
One-time pack purchases do not renew automatically.
If subscriptions or recurring creator memberships are added later, cancellation terms will be shown before checkout and reflected in this policy.
Processor Disputes
Users should contact The Pull Club support first so we can inspect account delivery and transaction records.
If a hosted payment processor processes a payment, users may also use that processor's billing support tools to identify a transaction, request billing help, or contact processor consumer support.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account review, pack access changes, collection access restrictions, sale review, preloaded-code disabling, or creator payout review when required by the payment processor or needed to prevent abuse.
Creators may be responsible for chargeback fees, refunds, or processor actions tied to their content, fulfillment, or policy violations when creator payment terms say so.
No Cash Value
Digital cards and unopened packs are app features and do not have cash value from The Pull Club.
Refund decisions are based on payment, delivery, technical, legal, and processor requirements, not on the specific cards revealed from a pack.
