The Pull Club

Compliance / 2257 Statement

Effective: July 7, 2026 / Version: 2026-07-08-v3

The Pull Club is an 18+ digital collectibles platform. This page summarizes age, consent, content review, recordkeeping, and complaint procedures used for creator content and payment-processor review.

18+ Access

The Pull Club is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and old enough to view the content available in their location.

Users may be required to complete third-party age or identity verification before accessing the app, viewing creator content, purchasing packs, receiving free packs, or using creator tools.

Creators must also complete creator compliance steps before selling packs, including identity, age, rights, and processor-document review when requested.

Creator Records and 2257/2257A

Creators are responsible for maintaining legally required age, identity, consent, model release, and rights records for people depicted in their content.

For any content subject to 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A or similar recordkeeping laws, required records must be maintained by the creator, producer, or designated records custodian identified in the creator's compliance records.

The Pull Club may require creators to upload or provide processor-facing compliance documents, releases, rights records, and related records before content is approved for sale or after a complaint, chargeback, processor request, or moderation review.

Content may be rejected, hidden, banned, delisted, or removed if required records cannot be confirmed or if the creator does not respond to a compliance request.

Prohibited Content

Creators may not upload, sell, promote, or distribute content involving minors, underage content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual activity, forced or illegal activity, trafficking, incest, bestiality, animals in sexual contexts, violence, choking, exploitation, celebrity or public-figure impersonation, or any category prohibited by law, payment processors, card networks, or The Pull Club rules.

Creators may not upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights, or content that uses a person, brand, team, school, logo, uniform, location, or likeness without legal permission.

The Pull Club may pre-review creator sets, require approval before sale, ban specific cards, ban entire sets, suspend creator sales, or suspend accounts when needed for safety, legal, processor, or rights reasons.

Complaints and Removal Requests

Reports involving illegal content, non-consensual content, missing consent, rights issues, privacy concerns, prohibited content, or processor-rule violations can be sent to complaints@thepullclub.com. DMCA copyright notices can be sent to copyright@thepullclub.com.

Support requests can be sent to support@thepullclub.com. Billing questions can be sent to billing@thepullclub.com.

The Pull Club generally aims to review and resolve standard content complaints within five business days. Priority complaints involving illegal content, minors, non-consensual material, trafficking, or immediate safety concerns will be escalated immediately and may result in content being removed or disabled while review is pending.

No Cash Value

The Pull Club sells access to digital collectible pack openings and in-app collection features. Digital cards and unopened packs have no cash value, are not investment products, and cannot be resold, redeemed, wagered, or cashed out through The Pull Club.

The Pull Club does not operate a gambling, wagering, cash redemption, marketplace, buyback, or investment service.
