The Pull Club

Privacy Policy

Effective: July 7, 2026 / Version: 2026-07-07-v2

This policy summarizes the information The Pull Club expects to collect and use while providing digital collectible packs, creator sets, accounts, purchases, and support.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as email address, username, display name, creator display name, creator ID, profile images, and authentication details handled by our service providers.

We collect birthday, age-gate, and third-party verification information to help confirm the service is limited to adults. Verification records may include provider name, session IDs, status, timestamps, and returned decision details. We do not intend to store raw payment-card numbers or raw identity-document images in the app database unless a compliance provider or legal requirement makes that necessary.

We collect app activity such as sets created, packs purchased or opened, cards unlocked, favorites, trade markers, trade offers, and basic purchase ledger details.

If creator verification, adult content, or payment-processor compliance review is enabled, we may collect creator identity, age, consent, rights, release, tax, payout, and compliance records.

We may collect content moderation and safety records, including upload history, set review status, banned card or set decisions, complaint history, appeal records, and communications about rights, consent, age, or prohibited content.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, display collections and creator pages, process test or live purchases, support users, prevent abuse, and improve the app experience.

Creator profile images and creator display names may be shown publicly in shop search, collection binders, QR-linked pack pages, and creator sales pages.

Payments

When live payment processing is enabled, payment information may be collected and processed by the payment processor. The Pull Club should not store raw card numbers in the app database.

Payment records may include processor name, internal processor references, transaction status, bundle type, pack count, price, taxes, creator share, payout ledger entries, refund status, chargeback status, and timestamps.

Payment, tax, payout, refund, dispute, and chargeback records may be shared with payment processors, tax providers, creators, recruiters, banks, card networks, or service providers when needed to process transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or satisfy legal and processor requirements. Creators and recruiters may receive records related to their own sales, shares, commissions, refunds, chargebacks, and payout status; internal platform fee calculations may be used for platform accounting and processor review.

Cookies and Tracking

We use authentication, session, security, and preference cookies or similar technologies needed to operate the service, keep users signed in, prevent abuse, and remember app state.

The Pull Club does not currently use third-party advertising or behavioral advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are used.

Content Reports and Compliance

We may keep records of content reports, takedown requests, moderation decisions, appeals, consent documentation, creator verification, and related communications.

Creators may be required to provide records showing that they and any people depicted in adult or age-restricted content are adults and that the creator has the right to upload, market, and sell access to the content.

We may share report or compliance information with payment processors, service providers, law enforcement, or authorities when required by law, card brand rules, processor rules, or safety obligations.

Data Requests

Users can contact support to request help with account information, collection issues, purchase records, or privacy questions.

Some records may be retained when needed for security, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
